[GRASS-user] connecting to wms server

Hi,
I am trying to connect to wms servers in Spain. Unfortunately it does 
not work!
It delivers the following:
ERROR: Unable to get capabilities:       
http://ovc.catastro.meh.es/Cartografia/WMS/ServidorWMS.aspx?REQUEST=GetCapabilities&SERVICE=WMS?service=WMS&request=GetCapabilities&version=1.1.1

I have the same problem with all the servers I try to connect.
With QGIS it works fine...
I am using GRASS 7 on UBUNTU.

Any hint?
