you can do following on the command line:

cd C:\Users\Franzy\Desktop\Ahafo_prst\
gdalinfo tograss.tif > gdalinfo_output_of_tograss_tif.txt

so you have the output of gdalinfo in the texfile gdalinfo_output_of_tograss_tif.txt
and you can copy and paste it easily to the mail-lists.
