[GRASS-user] r.univar.zonal not installing

Because it is based on r.univar which lives in raster/r.univar2, the
directory has been renamed to r.univar only in grass7.

I have renamed the grass-addons directory r.univar2.zonal to
r.univar.zonal in r43802.
