Check for example r.neighbors, r.plane or even the g.region code.
An example from r.plane:
#%option
#% key: dip
#% type: double
#% gisprompt: -90-90
#% answer: 0.0
#% description: Dip of plane. Value must be between -90 and 90 degrees
#% required : yes
#%end
