Thank you all for the comments. Well in the mean time i abandoned
r.surf.contour option. I've been trying to work with r.surf.rst (so far with
better results, but still have artifatcs when visualizing with
shaded.relief, im really having difficulties understanding whats causing
this):

Im trying to follow the suggestion on the book by Markus Neteler and Helena
Mitasova (A Gis Approach) to use the commands r.random and v.to.points and
then v.patch the two maps (pp.261-262). The problem is that im not beeing
able to do this last command caused by an error: "Number of colums differ".
Looking at the attribute table of both vector point maps indeed one have 2
lines (cat, cntopogra) and the other 3(cat,cat_,cntopogra). SO apparently it
does not patch cause one has one more line, even if they share both
cntopogra line (who has in fact the topo values). Any suggestion how can i
overcome this? Maybe delete the extra line of attribute table (in case the
cat_)? Is it possible to do it and reorganize the table?
