[GRASS-user] Grass-Windows - Error using tcltk's messages

Hello,
as goes for windows users - they are out of luck. You can try to
simply copy self compiled/nightly v.digit over old version, still I
have no idea if it could work. On Linux it's just a matter of
recompiling only v.digit module.
