Okay I found a solution, but its no very elegant. I exported the vector into
a shape and imported it then again:

> v.out.ogr -ce input=split_lines type=line dsn=./split_lines.shp
> format=ESRI_Shapefile
> v.in.ogr -o dsn=./split_lines.shp out=split_lines1

But there should be another way...
