[GRASS-user] Import problem

[Elvin Birth]

I am trying to add a vector map, "History[roadside markers]", to the test
set, nc_spm_08. The units are feet instead of meters and the parameters are
in the file, history.shp.xml.

The wxPython gui says it cannot read an .xml file. I have been unable to
find a work-around.

Please advise!
