%WINGISBASE% for wingrass was recently changed to %GISBASE%, but it wasn't
changed in 
http://trac.osgeo.org/grass/browser/grass/branches/releasebranch_6_4/lib/init/init.bat

if I change this manually in 
C:\OSGeo4W\apps\grass\grass-6.4.2RC3\etc\Init.bat

then osgeo4w-GRASS 6.4.2RC3 is starting again.
