Anna,

   With the `-a' option I see:

ERROR: Inconsistent number of attributes (<vline> 2: <vline_mode> 1)

Without it (but with `mode=fine,fine':

ERROR: Inconsistent number of attributes (<elevation_map/elevation_value>
        2: <resolution_fine> 1
