   I just tried v.proj using the wxgui, but was unsuccessful.

   The source is in a location named Washington-SPCS-meters and the
destination location is Washington-SPCS. After filling in all requisite data
entry widgets and pressing the 'Run' button I see an error message that the
source location needs to be specified. This message box appears over the
dialog box showing the source location in the text entry widget. So, the
source location is specified (correctly) but the reprojection won't run.
