Thx for your fast answers :)

Well it is important that i create the raster with linear interpolation.
The aim is to receive a elevation raster within the triangle. Then i create
the isolines with the contour module.

The output should look like this (Created with QGIS):

Any ideas for this workflow?

@Ben: I've tried that out with delaunay triangulation. But i only get the
triangle without a attribute table and a linear triangulation :(

@Vincent: I need linear triangulation.
