Does GRASS print any message at all when you run r.surf.nnbathy? I've never
worked with that program before so I can't say anything about it
specifically, but the location of your script folder is strange for me.
Where have you set that? My script folder is in /opt/grass/scripts/. Of
course, if you compile it all from source, I'm sure you can set another
folder for it, but... Hmm. Do you have any other scripts in that folder
that do work?
