Hi Nicolai,

That does sound strange. Now, I can't guarantee that everything will work
better on Linux (the devs would be the people most likely to know about the
differences in functionality on Windows and Linux), but my personal
experience with Linux is that it's actually a much easier environment to
work in, once you've gotten used to it. I don't want to clog the GRASS list
with Linux propaganda, but if you're wanting to know more about Linux and
kind of how to get started, don't hesitate to write me off the list.
There's also a lot of great material on the web in general on just that
topic.
