AFAIK ubuntugis packages does not include grass70 yet:
https://launchpad.net/~ubuntugis/+archive/ubuntu/ubuntugis-unstable?field.series_filter=trusty
i can't "apt-cache search grass70" (no results) in my ubuntu 14.04 indeed;
maybe you activated some "backport repository" (?) ...
