No idea what's going on, could you install newest GRASS 70 and try again?
http://wingrass.fsv.cvut.cz/grass70/WinGRASS-7.0.0svn-r63215-1147-Setup.exe

For vector maps, you might need to rebuild them with v.build.all because
there is a change in vector format between grass 6 and 7.
