[GRASS-user] Digitize in GRASS7.0

If you try to copy from background map a popup will open where you can 
select the background layer;
maybe it was better to have the option to select the layer from the 
right click menu as in 6.4.x
because now it will ask every time you use the tool (don't know if it is 
a bug though)
