[GRASS-user] wingrass report

Dear WinGRASS users,

recently has been created release branch for upcoming release GRASS
7.2.0. This affected also daily WinGRASS builds:

* GRASS 7.1 is not provided any more
* newly provided daily builds: GRASS 7.2 [1] and GRASS 7.3 [2]

OSGeo4W provides also `grass-daily` packages (version 7.3). Please
test & enjoy! Martin
