[GRASS-user] postgres connection failure SOLVED

Friends,
Deleting the postgres installed from source and re-installing
postgres from pacman (arch linux) solved the problem, although it did
require a full database dump and restore.
I still find the interaction between user postgres and systemd init
files to be confusing, but for now perhaps I'm alright.
