Watch out: according to the info below, your horizontal resolution is 
around 500, not 200.

FYI, if you want to define your region's extension with a vector, but 
also want a fixed resolution (here 200 and 5), you can use the -a flag 
of g.region to force g.region to use this precise resolution instead of 
defining a resolution that is an exact divisor of the vector's extension.
