[GRASS-user] Rotate raster map?

Looking through the r.* in the core and extensions lists I don't see a
module that rotates a raster map. Is there one that I missed seeing? Would
any of the i* modules work on these 1m x 1m raster maps to transform the
coordinates?

Several of the DEMs I need are slightly mis-aligned, rotated clockwise a few
degrees. I'd like, by trial-and-error to rotate them counterclockwise so
they align with the topo quad border and other maps in that same quad.
