[GRASS-user] Updated standalone WinGRASS-7.8.5-2 installer published

Dear GRASS GIS community,

since the release of GRASS GIS 7.8.5, there have been several complaints
that the standalone winGRASS installer has an startup issue; see [1].

in a shared effort, we've found the reason of the startup issue, fixed it
and published now an updated standalone WinGRASS-7.8.5-2 64bit installer.
