[GRASS-user] winGRASS tester needed ... to fix upcoming releases :-) .... nobody out there willing to test?

Sorry.... and If I added  "set PYTHONUTF8=1" in
C:\OSGeo4W64\apps\grass\grass78\etc\env.bat just before GRASS_PYTHON is
setting,
grass stops to work...
