To whom concern:

My name is Alejandro Vargas and I’am working in the General Directorate
of  Air Quality and Pollutants Register which is part of the Mexican
Undersecretariat of Environmental  Management and Protection.

We are  working in a specific project with the Geographycal  Information
Systems (GIS) to generate cartographycal in our country.

I was searching about the GRASS Program in the web of the
http://grass.itc.it/ and I was wondering if you help me about the cost
and requeriments of this program.
