[GRASSweb-list]Announce the new mirror site

Dear sir!

I have just setup mirror site as you support at URL 
http://grass.itc.it/grass.mirrors.html

Yesterday (13h GMT 30/05/2003), I runned command
/usr/bin/rsync -r --delete --times --links grass.itc.it::grass /var/www/html/
but it was not successful. I reserved "server busy ... over 30 
connection ..."

Tomorrow moning I run command as above, and I reserve "@ERROR: 
Access deny to grass from unknow host (203.113.130.214)"

IP address 203.113.130.214 is my server IP, and in DNS server it's gis-
iti.vnu.edu.vn

Please show me how to become grass mirror site.
