I think he has changed his job. Once I saw a new page but

Note that you can use "htmldoc" to make HTML a PDF (with hyperlinks).
Used to make the GRASS manuals, see
html/Gmakefile

Right. And installing it on different Linux flavours is a nightmare,
at least it was last year.
