No, it's the price we pay to keep the site technology simple
(no flame war please). 
Currently with a few links the sections are changed. Maybe you
are right and cross linking is bad.
I just thought to also have it in documents to make the newletter
more prominent.

OK: I have written a new side menu for newsletter.
Now all problems should be gone. :-)
