Hey, Dave,

weblist at grass.itc.it will not actually get you through the moderator  
of GRASSLIST - this mailing list goes to the relatively few people  
interested in looking after the web site.  GRASSLIST is run out of  
Baylor U, and I'm pretty sure that none of them are on this list.  In  
any case, I think it's GRASSLIST-request at baylor.edu that you need to  
contact.
