[GRASS-web] GRASS Installation in MSWin

Tony,

the site http://geni.ath.cx/grass.html contains partially outdated information
which we cannot correct.

To easily install winGRASS, please go here:
http://grass.osgeo.org/download/index.php#g63x
-> MS-Windows (native):
    * Installer

which is
http://grass.osgeo.org/grass63/binary/mswindows/native/WinGRASS-6.3.0-Setup.exe
