[GRASS-web] Indian GRASS Mirror site not updating and removed from list

Dear Markus Neteler,

Looks like the connection from our mirror is rejected by the server. Is
there any change in server? Please see the response I got when I tried to
rsync with the server below:

[root at wgbis ~]# rsync grass.meteo.uni.wroc.pl::
rsync: failed to connect to grass.meteo.uni.wroc.pl: Connection refused (111)
rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at clientserver.c(122)
[receiver=3.0.2]


[root at wgbis ~]# rsync grass.osgeo.org::
rsync: failed to connect to grass.osgeo.org: Connection refused (111)
rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at clientserver.c(122)
[receiver=3.0.2]

Please let us know if you could fix this problem at your end. The cron job
at our end is:
/usr/bin/rsync -r --delete --times --links grass.meteo.uni.wroc.pl::grass
/www/html/grass/
