[GRASS-web] Indian GRASS Mirror site not updating and removed from list

Dear Janardhanan Pillai,

the server grass.meteo.uni.wroc.pl is not managed by me but by Paweł
Netzel (in CC). He may check for it. But the issue may be at your end,
please check that your firewall does not block this port:

cat /etc/services | grep rsync
rsync           873/tcp                         # rsync
rsync           873/udp                         # rsync

(assuming this since other mirrors can sync from grass.meteo.uni.wroc.pl)
