Hi, which version of Mac OS? Which version of GRASS GIS and how did you get
it (there is binary and homebrew install)? Does the GUI start or it ends
with that error.

Even if the GUI does not start you should be still able to get command line
(the terminal). You can try to execute there things like:

g.extension -a
g.version -bre

This may help narrow the problem.
