Thanks for your email
Perhaps you can write to the author of itzi or create an issue in the
repository as well: https://bitbucket.org/itzi-model/itzi/src/master/.
AFAICT from the documentation, itzi is built upon GRASS GIS functionality
but the drainage modeling/simulation is not GRASS.
