[winGRASS] m.proj fails in wingrass?

Hi 

 I am using wingrass from grass5.0.0pre1_i686-pc-cygwin_bin.tar.gz and  get a m.proj failure as shown at bottom of this email. However the linux version works fine.

Can anyone else get m.proj to fail?
