[winGRASS] m.proj fails in wingrass?

Hi Bob,

could you please tell me the following:
- which cygwin version do you use? (release of cygwin dll)
- which operating system (Windows NT 4.0, 2000 Prof. etc.) you use.

I expirienced many problems with the lates cygwin dll reading and
writing data, so this could explain the problem reading the
ellipse.table and printing the utm values (NaN errors). I have no clue
what this is (library broken in cygwin?) and have no time to fix. 
But this seems no GRASS related problem.
