[winGRASS] Help for install

Hallo!
I'm beginnig use wingrass now but I've a lot of problems: I've download 
grass5 for win, cygwin and Star Net XWin-32. I can use grass only under 
cygwin shell but when I start xwin (with startgrass.bat) it show a 
window that say: the sistem don't find XTERM or its component. I chek 
path inside the startgrass.bat and seem to be all ok. What happened? 
could anybody help me?
