[winGRASS] I cannot run GRASS under WinNT

I'm using WinNT. I installed cygwin to "D:\cygwin", and I can successfully run
it, e.g. I can launch BASH command, like "ls /usr/local/grass5". Then I installed
X-Win32 to "D:\Program Files\StarNet\X-Win32\". Then I installed xtcltk8.0.5-CYGWIN_NT-4.0-20010405-1.tar.gz.
Then I installed GRASS binary to "D:\cygwin\usr\local\grass5\".

I modified paths in "startxwingrass.bat". Then I lauched "startxwingrass.bat".
Following message appeared: "Cannot find the file 'xterm' (or one of its components).
Make sure the path ..."

I have quastions.

1. I checked all my hard drives, but there is no file called "xterm". Where
can it be found?

2. Original "startxwingrass.bat" contains following strings:
<
...
set CYGWIN=C:\cygwin
...
set
 Path=%PATH%;%CYGWIN%\bin;%CYGWIN%\usr\X11R6\bin;%CYGWIN\usr\X11R6\lib;%CYGWIN%\usr\local\bin;%STARNET%;%STARLIB%

...
>
It means that there must exist directory "C:\cygwin\usr\X11R6\bin". But there
is no "X11R6" directory under "C:\cygwin\usr\". Why? What does it mean? When
should be this directory created - while cygwin installation, GRASS installation,
or in some another way?

3. According to StarNet, "X-Win32 allows Windows users to connect to Linux/Unix
servers on a local network or via the Internet.". Can I use X-Win32 to connect
to cygwin running on my PC? If I can, how should I configure X-Win32? E.g. when

I'm creating session I need specify command like "/usr/X11R6/bin/xterm -ls -display
$MYIP:$DNUM". But there is no directory "/usr/X11R6". What is wrong?

Thank you in advance,

Alexander Klimuk
