[winGRASS] I cannot run GRASS under WinNT

Please read the installation documentation. You have to install the
X11R6 distribution for cygwin.

Please remind that the installation of XFree86 changed a lot since i
wrote the instruction.

Yes, thats the purpose of StarNet X-Win in this case. Nonetheless you
need the XFree86 installation for cygwin, as X-Win is missing all the
needed client programs (e. g. xterm).
