[winGRASS] xdr/rpc package for cygwin

Hi, 

the cygwin package of sunrpc/xdr from Corinna Vinschen is no longer
available. 
(compare
http://grass.itc.it/grass5/binary/windows_cygnus/cygwin_grass50compile.html). 
I did an intensive search with google, but could not find the package
any longer. 

Has someone a link for the package? I could not recompile, otherwise i'd
prepare a cygwin installable tar.gz.

Please help, as i get several mails per week asking for the package.
