Don't even think about it.

libW11 is a *partial* implementation of Xlib, intended for building
rxvt. AFAIK, libG11 is libW11 plus any modifications which were
necessary to get XDRIVER working.

I strongly suspect that Tk will require a substantially more complete
implementation than that provided by libG11.
