[winGRASS] Cannot open GUI

Hello Helmut,

you need to install the xtcltk-package from
http://grass.itc.it/grass5/binary/windows_cygnus/wingrass_xserver/
.
copy xtcltk-8.3.4.-CYGWIN.tar.gz to your cygwin root directory (e. g.
c:\cygwin)
and unpack it with tar xzf xtcltk-*.tar.gz.

Now tcltkgrass should work.
