[winGRASS] winGRASS and NVIZ

Hi,

did anyone try out "ActiveTCL" to get NVIZ working under
winGRASS (there is the path problem with cygwin tcl/tk)?

(note the strange license, but it's probably worth trying).

The idea is from R-stats Win FAQ where they face the
same problem with the standard cygwin tcl/tk:

-> 3.6 Package TclTk does not work.

Just a suggestion,
