[winGRASS] problems after installing wingrass 57

Dear Wingrass User,

I installed wingrass 5.7 on my xp machine.
I followed the steps, shown on page:

Everything went right but after starting grass57 with tcltkgrass&
the following errors is shown:

When I want to start nviz the following error is shown:
