[winGRASS] help on 5.7

I installed MOZILLA.

My TCLTKGRASS 4.0(April 2004)interface does not have a Configuration Menu.
Though under File there is a Configure Menu which only lets you resize Menu Size
and select Menu Fonts.

Is there a configuration file I can edit directly?

This should work with Cygwin if Mozilla is installed on the computer.
