AW: [winGRASS] compiling for cygwin

Hallo Thomas,

the compilation of grass6 and proj4 is possible under cygwin. Just try it as
usual (./configure; make; make install) after having installed cygwin with
the necessary packages.
If problems occur please post those problems.

P.P.S. the proj-package can be chosen directly during the
cygwin-installation!

two and a half more questions:

1.) how can I get proj4 for cygwin resp. how can I compile it
2.) can somebody explain me how to compile the grass source code for
using it on cygwin? is it the same way as it goes e.g. on linux
