[winGRASS] Memory Problems

I am trying to interpolate a surface and I am receiving a message of low
memory. How can I increase the memory in wingrass or cygwin?

Also I would like to know if I can use the grass.bat file from Huidae's
webpage with the previous wingrass installation?
