[winGRASS] set home directory

I need to change my home directory in cygwin, as it is defaulting to my
windows network home, and I do not want it to go to the network drive.  Is
there an easy way to do this?  When I first run Cygwin, it says I need to
run the mkuser command and something else (it only showed up the first time
I started cygwin).  Does this have something to do with it?
