[winGRASS] Total Newb -- Can't see PERMANENT

mapset in Spearfish 60. Running 6.1. I can make a mapset in Spearfish60, 
though and I can create a new location.

The PERMANENT mapset is in the right place and is right next to the test 
mapset I made in the folder.
 I have searched and searched, but I don't see anyone else having this 
trouble, so maybe I messed up the installation? I feel so dumb that I 
can't even open a fileset. How will I ever learn to import data?
