[winGRASS] sqlite driver?

I noticed that sqlite is not a part of Cygwin by default and I assume
that this is the reason it is not included in the current windows
GRASS binaries. Considering that sqlite is a possible replacement for
the dbf driver in future releases of GRASS, are there any plans to
compile the sqlite driver into Windows GRASS releases in the near
future?
