[winGRASS] trouble installing grass

HI,
I have been attempting to launch grass on my windows machine but have been 
unable to do so.

in one of the last steps of the installation, you are supposed to run a 
batch file in a directory, along with  unzip-1.exe and  wget-1.10.2b.zip
I get the message:  '\inst_grass\unzip' is not recognized as an internal or 
external command, operable program or batch file.
